Shipping Policy

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination, and the weight and dimensions of the items.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)

• The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country.

• LuxeonDevices has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

5. Delivery Delays While we strive to meet the 5-to-9-day timeframe, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g., customs holds, extreme weather events, or carrier backlogs).
