Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Period We accept product returns within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item.
2. Product Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging, complete with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

Items that are damaged, used, incomplete, or returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Process

Contact: Initiate the process by sending an email to support@luxeondevices.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send the item back before receiving this authorization.

Cost: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the error was ours.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

The original shipping fee (paid by the customer on the order) is non-refundable.
