Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period We accept product returns within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item.

2. Product Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging, complete with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Items that are damaged, used, incomplete, or returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact: Initiate the process by sending an email to support@luxeondevices.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send the item back before receiving this authorization.

  3. Cost: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the error was ours.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

  • The original shipping fee (paid by the customer on the order) is non-refundable.
